If your enquiry aims at concluding or performing a contract (e.g. a quote for a trip), processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. In all other cases it is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Storage period

We delete your data once your enquiry has been dealt with and no further communication is expected, unless statutory retention obligations apply. If a contractual relationship is established, we retain the data for the duration of the statutory retention periods (e.g. under the German Commercial Code and Tax Code) and delete it once these periods have expired.

Provision required by law or contract

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without the information needed to reply (e.g. a callback number or email address), we cannot process your enquiry.
